Hi I'm Matt and I am a strength and conditioning coach that has been coaching for 3 years and doing sports and resistance training for since I was 5. I will go beyond just training and work on your overall health! If you can't be consistence with your training and healthy habits, nothing else matter. It all starts with building good habits and to break down ones for change to happen, therefore I also work on habits and nutrition on top of exercise. This leads into my philosophy in the world of fitness, I believe that we have to work on every aspect to really make a difference in our life from having the right mindset and attitude, building good habits, having good nutrition (not dieting), and of course training that is specifically taylor to you. I have worked with all types of people from those on GLP-1 and weight loss medication, to rehabilitation for pre and post surgery, to athletes trying for a competition, and overall mobility (that actually works and not just stretching).
